Shipping and Handling
After we receive your order, we will ship it in 2 to 3 business days. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless you request a different shipping method.
Return policy
If youre not happy or satisfied with your product within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund your money or replace the item. Non-defective items must be in their original packaging and new condition. A return number is required before you ship your return items.
To return an item, please give us a call to receive a return number. We will give you the instructions on where to return the product. Please state the reason you want to return the item or if it is defective.
Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned products. If the return is our mistake, we will refund the shipping cost.
